GCA North Thames Awards Ceremony

At the July 2011 GCA (Garden Centre Association) Awards Ceremony for the North Thames region, we were proud winners of the above mentioned categories as well as receiving several awards of merit for other services we offer. A huge thank you to all the staff for these outstanding achievements! Recognition well deserved.

GCA Conference Awards 2011

At the January 2011 GCA (Garden Centre Association) Conference, we were awarded 2nd place in the National Ruxley Rose Plant Area Competition in our category. After winning this for two consecutive years, we remain proud to be one of the top contenders for this prestigious competition.

Even though we did not take the cup home this year, we will continue to deliver consistently high standards; professional horticultural advice and an uncompromising approach to delivering the best customer service.

At the 2010 GCA Awards ceremony, Sunshine came home with 6 awards.

National Best Christmas 2010, Regional Best Christmas 2010, Regional Best Plant Area, Best First Impression, Best Home Living, Best Plant Combinations.

We have also won numerous Awards of Merit in 2010, namely for:

Garden Care, Approach and carpark, Outdoor Living, Telephone survey and Garden Centre staff.

Over and above this, we received regional awards for the Best Garden Centre staff; Best Garden Centre Plant Department and Best Garden Centre service & facilities. Our Highly Commended Garden Centre status for 2010/2011 means you can experience professional service and advice, for which we have an excellent reputation for.

After winning this prestigious award in 2008/2009, we rose to the challenge, once again, and were awarded proud winners of the National Ruxley Rose Plant Area Competition in our category, for 2009/2010. To win such an award, takes commitment to delivering outstanding standards, professional horticultural advice and an uncompromising approach to customer service.
